Thursday, April 7, was a celebration of Rhode Island Hospital’s health care heroes and excellence in care during the second annual Day of Giving. Thank you to all for making the 2022 Day of Giving a success, raising more than $318,000 to enable program improvements that directly benefit our patients and their families.

Ryan's story

Lifespan’s Norman Prince Spine Institute
Opens New Providence Location

The Norman Prince Spine Institute (NPSI) at Lifespan, an arm of the Norman Prince Neurosciences Institute (NPNI), announces the opening of its new Providence location at 690 Eddy Street, adjacent to the Rhode Island Hospital campus. The newly renovated building, with three stories and nearly 17,000 square feet of space, replaces the Spine Institute’s existing smaller evaluation and treatment space within Rhode Island Hospital.
