We appreciate your donations and are fortunate to have a community that wants to provide our children with holiday gifts and experiences. Our Child Life team and hospital volunteers will ensure that every child has a special gift thanks to you!

To Donate Items. If you would like to donate items, we are accepting new, unwrapped gifts on designated drop-off days. We ask that you review and follow the donation guidelines for the safety of our patients.

Holiday gifts and donations may be dropped off, only on the following days/times:

Saturday, December 17th from 10am – 3pm

Monday, December 19th from 1:00 pm-6:00pm

Donation drop-off on 12/17 and 12/19 at the Drop Off Entrance: Main circle at 593 Eddy Street.

If you have any questions regarding dropping off donations, please e-mail childlifedonations@lifespan.org.

Please understand while we are grateful for your donations, we are unable to accept them after 12/20/22.

“PlayDoh” Creativity Package – $10.00

Items such as crayons, markers, wood projects, and craft kits provide our patients the opportunity to show us their creative sides. These items are used in ways that are appropriate for each patient’s unique capability and circumstance.

“Candy Land” Play Package – $25.00

Hasbro board gamesPlay is essential to help children develop, especially during hospitalization. Your donation will provide items such as board games, dolls, rattles, card games, and many other options for patients of all ages.

“Transformer” Distraction Package – $50.00

Child Life Specialists use supplies such as light spinners, I Spy books, and stress balls to help children through challenging medical procedures. Your donation will also provide sensory objects including weighted blankets, fidget toys, and musical items to assist our patients with unique needs.

“Family Game Night” Tech Package – $100.00

Patients who spend longer periods of time in the hospital look forward to using technology to pass the time, but to also stay involved with family and friends. Your donation will provide new video games, tablets, and software.

“My Little Pony” Support Package – Any amount will help

Your donation will help us provide essentials—clean clothes, toiletries, stuffed animals—for any patient or family member who is unexpectedly displaced from their living space.
