Global Day of Joy Brightens Season for Patients and Staff

Global Day of Joy Hasbro Inc. 

It was a day our patients won’t soon forget when employees from Hasbro, Inc. spent December 15th as volunteer “elves,” spreading cheer throughout Bradley as part of the company’s fourth annual Global Day of Joy. Bearing gifts of toys and games, the volunteers helped to brighten the season for every child they visited. Bradley Hospital Foundation Holds 2016 Annual Meeting

With Bradley Hospital continuing to celebrate its 85th year of caring for children and their families, October 13th brought together many of the hospital’s friends and supporters for the Annual Meeting of the Bradley Hospital Foundation. The evening was marked with the inaugural presentations of the Bradley Hospital Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Bradley Hospital Humanitarian of the Year Award. Read more >>

Local Businessman, Joe Ruggiero, Sr., Makes $50,000 Donation to Bradley Hospital and FRIENDS WAY “Play4Kids” Golf Tournament

This past October, Bradley Hospital joined forces with FRIENDS WAY, Rhode Island’s only bereavement program for children, to raise critically-needed funds for children’s services. The two organizations came together for the first time to share in the “Play4Kids” golf tournament at Ledgemont Country Club in Seekonk, Massachusetts. Spurred by a $50,000 leadership donation from Joe Ruggiero, Sr., owner of Ledgemont Country Club, the outing raised an unprecedented $125,000 for children’s behavioral health and grief counseling services.
